In the initial weeks of the course, our group worked to understand the meaning and implications of content creation and PLNs. Not having much experience with either, we found the internet to be a great help during this exploratory phase.
Now that we have a firm grasp of both, we’re striving to uncover only the best tools and resources. It’s definitely required a change in outlook. We use online services all the time, but which can actually help us with learning networking and curation? Should we seek out new sources or stick to what we already know? How can we discern between a good tool and a bad one?
These questions occupied most of our time this week as we’re still getting a feel for all the tools available. I suspect that as we figure out the answers to those questions, our searches will grow more and more intuitive.
